नोट : खण्ड अ से किन्हीं ग्यारह प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 5 अंका का है खण्ड-ब से किन्हीं दो प्रश्नों का उत्तर दीजिए। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 10 अंकों का है।
Note: Attempt any eleven questions from section-A. Each question carries 5 marks. Attempt any two questions from section-B. Each question carries 10 marks.

3. सूचना एवं सम्‍प्रेषणों तकनीको की आवश्‍यकता एवं महत्‍व पर विस्‍तार से वर्णन कीजिए।

4. ई-मेल क्‍या है इसके विभिन्‍न उपयोगिक क्षेत्रों का वर्णन कीजिए।
